Ohana- means family. Family no one is left behind or forgotten.

Growing up I never really thought bout how my relationship with my birth family would be. I thought bout how it would be with my birth mother but never uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents, or brothers or sisters.

In the last year I didn't just gain a birth mother, but I got a sister, niece, uncle, aunt, cousins, grandma, and such great friends.

This weekend is hard for me seeing its a birthday of a little boy that I love with all my heart. This family has done such a wonderful time helping me get through it. They help buy me a plane ticket to come spend this weekend them.

Saturday- I got into PHX at 2pm and uncle Carl and aunt Amy picked me up at the air port. We went to their house and jumped in the pool. We ate dinner and hung out and just chatted. They did make it a point. To get me to the gluten free store. We got to stop by and see Kathy. She has been taking care of the baby because my sister is on a trip. The baby is super sick and makes me sad. We decided to go see a movie at 10:20 last night. We saw 'Fast and the Furious 6'. That was a great movie! We had fun chatting it up and laugh. We were there an hour early so we talked and laughed. The girls and I went and spent the night at Holly's house. We were tired by any means. We pasted out fast.

Sunday- Us girls got up early and went to church. We then went back to Holly's so that we could take a nap, nap turned into snack time. We then we all jumped in the car and went to Aunt Enger and Uncle Ben's house to meet the family. we climbed into the cars and went to visit grandpa's grave. There was flags everywhere. It was a beautiful site. we then drove to see the PHX temple. I got to ride with my cousin Zane. It was great getting to know him. He cares about his family dearly and I am so grateful that I am apart of his family. We drove back and had dinner at Uncle Ben's and Aunt Engers for Sunday dinner. Ham, Yams, potatoes, salad, and ice cream for desert. We had a great time laying around and just had a great time. We then played Apples to Apples and had a great time. We went back to Hollys and had popped in a movie. I had pasted out fast.

Monday- I got up early and had some time to myself to celebrate Jadens birthday.  We went shooting with the family. It was fun to go out and shoot a bunch of big guns, new guns that I never shot before. We went and had gotten shaved ice. Kathy and I then went to the store, went and got Alexis and Janel and then to get grandma. We went to Uncle Carl and Aunt Amy's for a BBQ. We had a great time. Swimming, chatting, laughing, eating GREAT food. It was so sad to leave them, they helped me get threw this day and I am so grateful for them.
