Birthday week/weekend

Many years ago Matt came up with birthday month. Where he would celebrate his birthday for a month. Mom and I came up with birthday week. I mean a whole month of partying it for you seems a little much. We decided to just have a week about us. So we celebrated birthday week/weekend for Cathy. 

Monday night we went to FHE at president Browns home to have the pig he cooked. We got to spend time with good friends, made new ones and laughed a lot. 

Tuesday: I took her flowers at work and just had a fun night. 

Wednesday till Friday we really didn't get to see each other. 

Friday I decorated the apartment. 

SATURDAY:  We both had to work so the party started at like 5. 

We started out with making some paleo/gluten free desserts! 

Key lime pie! 

Chocolate pudding.

Oh my heavens these are the best! They are made with avocados 

Just a lot of yummy ness.

After we went to Red Robin. 

PS they have really great gluten free buns! Oh my! They were SOOOOOOOooooooo good.even the fries were G-free. They have a different fryer.

After we went to a movie. We went and saw "baggage claim"

It was cute and funny.

We went back to my place and set up the projector and fell asleep watching a movie. 

SUNDAY: THE BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

We woke up watched another movie, got ready and went to church. After we stopped at Ann and Sam's house so the kids could sing Happy Birthday. Those kids are so cute! 

After we went to some friends and hung out laughed and watched another movie. 

MONDAY:  we stayed in bed and watched movies, got up went and ate a late dinner and walked about the mall to burn off some of what we ate. Then to FHE in Loony. It was a good birthday weekend. 

I'm so glad she is in my life. She makes me be a better person. She makes me think out of the box. I'm so glad she is my best friend.
